The Company
Across Equator Aviators LTD is a not-for-profit, charitable Organization whose primary goal is to expose the youth, girls and women to careers in aviation in order to mitigate the industry's projected shortage of aviation professionals in the next few years.
The Organization's programs also aim at eradicating poverty and improving standards of living among the poverty stricken rural and urban populations, by focusing on women empowerment and equal opportunities for girls.
Impact Story
Our Strategy is two pronged:
a. To improve aviation awareness among the youth and women through outreach, mentorship and STEM programs in schools,
b. To provide linkages to opportunities for aviation training and further studies in other fields, for deserving youth and women with a view to plugging the anticipated gap in availability of aviation professionals, in particular, and alleviating poverty in our society generally.
Our Vision
The Vision of Across Equator Aviators LTD. is to be the generator of interest in, and, facilitator of access to, aviation careers; and the improvement of living standards among the needy in our rural and urban populations.
Our mission is to:
a. Nurture, mentor and expose the youth and women to careers in aviation, provide access to training and linkages to opportunities in the aviation industry in order to guarantee sustainable availability of aviation professionals;
b. Eradicate or alleviate poverty and improve living standards among our needy rural and urban folk by focusing on youth and women empowerment;
c. Establish and operate a Centre for Aeronautical Studies providing professional training in aviation disciplines.

Our outreach programs will benefit from our industry wide networks with aviation professionals with whom we have partnerships to pursue this noble goal. They will form the basis of the sensitization, motivation and mentorship programmes aimed at the youth and women in our society.
