Organization Details
Across Equator Aviators. Is a non-profit, charitable Organization whose primary goal is to expose the youth, girls & women to careers in aviation in order to mitigate the industry's projected shortage of aviation professionals in the next few years.
The Organization's programs also aim at eradicating poverty and improving standards of living among the poverty stricken rural and urban populations, by focusing on women empowerment and equal opportunities for girls.

Our Strategy
Our Strategy is two pronged:
- To improve aviation awareness among the youth and women through outreach, mentor ship and STEM program mes in schools & T-VET.
- To provide linkages to opportunities for aviation training and further studies in other fields, for deserving youth and women with a view to plugging the anticipated gap in availability of aviation professionals, in particular, and alleviating poverty in our society generally.
