Organization Details

The Ripple Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit whose mission is to empower young adults to become conscientious entrepreneurs and start up social enterprises. Through The Ripple Center Fellowship, our scholarship-based, immersive program for 18–24-year-olds, participants engage in transformative experiences that blend in-person events, a robust online curriculum, expert facilitation, and personalized mentorship. Fellows build socially responsible business plans rooted in equity and sustainability and pitch them to an audience of community members and investors. The program cultivates leadership, systems thinking, and ethical innovation, equipping young changemakers with the knowledge, network, and tools to launch purpose-driven ventures that prioritize people, planet, and profit.

Impact Story

The Ripple Center exists to address a critical gap for Gen Z changemakers. While over 40 million Gen Zers aspire to start social impact businesses, few have access to the networks, resources, and mentorship needed to bring those visions to life, especially those from historically excluded communities. We created The Ripple Fellowship as a scholarship-based, immersive experience to empower 18–24 year olds to launch ventures where equity, environmental stewardship, and ethical business practices are as essential as profitability. Through mentorship, transformative in-person experiences, weekly expert-led curriculum, and a final pitch to investors, Fellows receive the tools, confidence, and community to become conscientious entrepreneurs and systems thinkers.

Our impact goes beyond skill-building. We help young adults reclaim their agency, embrace their identity as change agents, and become part of a growing ecosystem of purpose-driven peers and leaders. As one Fellow put it, “Ripple felt like a family. it gave me the confidence and clarity to launch ImagineAI and to lead ethically.” We’ve seen Fellows close angel funding rounds, become DEI consultants, create mental health apps, and stay connected long after the program ends. The Ripple Fellowship doesn’t just teach social entrepreneurship, iit cultivates a lifelong movement for regenerative leadership.
