HOUSING COUNSELING SERVICES – Our Housing Counseling Program supports delivery of a wide variety of housing counseling services to homebuyers, homeowners, and low-to moderate-income renters. The primary objectives of the program are to expand homeownership opportunities and improve financial wellbeing. The services provided: Foreclosure Intervention, Homebuyer Education and Financial Capabilities.

Impact Story
A married couple attended our 1st Time homebuyer seminars, had been homeless for several years with kids ( living out of car ) sometimes with relatives, but continued to work and save their funds. After they completed our HBE seminar and spoke with our counselors for 1on1 financial coaching , it took them 6 months to a year but they were finally able to purchase their first home .
