Organization Details
KPEF Academy works under the ambit of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Education Foundation, a corporate body established under an act of the Provincial Assembly in 1992. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Education Foundation established the first institute for training of college teachers in the country. KPEF Academy at Kohat is functioning successfully since 2003 and has so far trained 3738 trainees including 1305 female teachers through as many as 99 courses and workshops. The Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa launched the Chief Minister Foreign Scholarship Program in 2017 to help students, educators, and the general public learn Chinese language and culture, and to equip them to gain admission to various disciplines and study programs at selected universities in the People's Republic of China. KPEF has established Chinese Language Centers in various major cities of KPK. These centers offer Chinese University Certification courses, such as HSK-I to IV and English language courses.

It's widely acknowledged that solitary struggles pale in comparison to collective efforts. Since my earliest days, I've embraced my individuality, navigating a challenging path, particularly within the confines of Pashtun culture. Throughout my journey, I've consistently placed the needs of others above my own, prioritizing humanity over material gain. I firmly believe in the equality of all individuals and the importance of a harmonious existence. In my pursuit of education, I've staunchly upheld integrity, refraining from the widespread practice of cheating, despite its prevalence in Pakistan. The thought of attaining success at the expense of someone else's toil weighs heavily on my conscience. I aspire to cultivate a society where each person embraces their unique role and values compassion above all else.
As an educator, I've instilled a mindset of empathy and inclusivity in both my students and colleagues. I emphasize the importance of valuing each other's feelings, irrespective of societal labels like position, class, race, religion, or culture. Beyond my role in academia, I am also a poet, channeling my voice to shed light on the pervasive inequalities faced by humanity, particularly women and marginalized genders. A glance at my resume reveals a pattern of short tenures in various institutions, driven by my aversion to educational settings that prioritize material gain over genuine learning experiences. What truly drives me is the pursuit of equal rights and the unwavering commitment to aiding those in need, a cause that resonates deeply within me and fuels my passion.
