THRIVE! AI is revolutionizing technology and the consulting industry by integrating synthetic data and generative AI into a single platform. The unique combination delivers customized, scalable management feedback and accelerates growth across diverse industries. While data fuels the AI revolution, limitations in government data have hindered AI adoption and AI-driven management insights in the public sector. THRIVE! overcomes this by enhancing existing datasets with an innovative application of synthetic training data and generative AI. THRIVE! is pioneering AI adoption in new sectors, making way for consultants to increase growth and decrease costs.
Impact Story
We kicked off our pre-seed stage at the beginning of 2023 with $700,000 in financing. We compiled a team, built an MVP, onboarded government user across 3 states, served 120K students, and generated $165K in revenue. We have received recognition attesting to the strength of our work. Fast Company named THRIVE!’s Just Budget Algorithm as the #1 Social Justice Innovation for the 2024 World Changing Ideas Awards. We also won: HP Prize for Advancing Digital Equity, MIT Solve’s Global Challenge, Harvard President’s Innovation Challenge, Morgan Stanley Social Justice Innovation Award, and fellowships from Roddenberry Foundation, Halcyon, Camelback and Harvard Kennedy School. Our work has been featured in Boston Globe, Washington Business Journal, and Nasdaq.com.
Here's why there is such a demand for our product:
Well-meaning government employees do not have access to the right information to improve agency performance and drive positive social change. This is why government consulting is a $400 billion market. Indeed, public sector practice divisions of major firms like Deloitte and McKinsey see double digit growth without AI. But firms have been unable to scale AI-based solutions using government data because of known deficiencies in those data. Poor government data limit AI use, limit profits, and increases costs.
Limitations in both data and current technologies increase the need for costly and time-intensive consultant-led approaches to find management solutions. Existing generative AI technology lacks the ability to provide tailored feedback that accounts for specific operational or political contexts. As a result, consultants must conduct manual research to understand operational realities and provide custom recommendations, which is not scalable and drives up total expenses.
