Everyone is Creative Foundation is a non-profit organization in Uganda whose mission is to use creativity, design and innovation to empower the children and youth of Africa with the skills necessary for them to r[create opportunities for themselves, identify problems in their lives and communities as well as how to sustainable find lasting solutions to them. We believe everyone holds the power to be creative and contribute to solving the world's challenges. We're on a mission to cultivate growth mindsets and unlock local potential through our fun and engaging educational board game, P.O.S.S.I.B.L.E: World of Mindsets designed for children above 6 years old to interactively teach them about the different mindsets and how they affect their academic and personal development P.O.S.S.I.B.L.E is intended to spark creativity, think outside the box, and develop innovative solutions if we look at the problems as opportunities and approach them with a growth mindset.
Impact Story
We exist to empower, skill and equip the youth especially those in rural, slums, or marginalized communities that are characteristed by the poverty, limited resources. By working towards changing the mindsets of the youth and children we have engaged, we are laying a foundation for lifelong learning and personal development for every child and youth. Our work in less tha 8 months has engaged with over 500 students in 5 schools of ages from 6 to 17 years who have since shown a change in mindset with more than 60 percent having been accessed to show stong traits of the growth mindset after just a couple of workshops and playtime with our educational board game. We alos facilitated over 40 teachers in their role in the children's development even outside class, with majority seeing a change in attitude and engagement in many of the students we engaged with.
