We boost the capacity and capability of smallholder farmers to embrace sustainable agriculture and integrate beekeeping with crop farming, enhancing pollinator services and productivity. Our initiatives support gender equality, tree planting, pollinator preservation, and biodiversity enhancement.
Impact Story
Our program has trained and supported over 1,500 smallholder farmers, including 1,200 women. We've boosted crop productivity by over 30%, aiding in food self-sufficiency. Additionally, we've raised the farmers' daily income from $1.50 to $4.00. Our efforts have also led to the planting of over 1 million trees and the conservation of various pollinators.
We have created more than 6,000 direct jobs for women and youth in rural communities.
