Our vision is: "every young person in Germany should have the chance to unfold his/her talents and to live self-determined. We envision a society that offers each young adult a place to be, an environment to unleash his potential and an apprenticeship to become able to actively shape his own future. By leveraging targeted individual support, hands-on qualification and a strong network of members of education, socials and economics, we create opportunities for young people, our economy as well as our society together with our partners.
