- Coverting institutions from depending on Firewood as a primary source of cooking fuel to other renewable fuels.
- Reduction of firewood cooking fuel from 2000 kgs/day to 500 kgs/day for a population of 5000 people to reduce deforestration.
- Cooking time reduced from over 10 hrs a day to 4 hrs a day maximum for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- Eliminated the 5 % to 10% of food waste that is associated with food burning at the bottom of the pot during cooking process in institutions.
- Reduced carbon emission to the atmosphere.
