As a global Intercultural, DEI, and Communications Strategic Advisor, Thought Leader, Non-Executive Director, and Investor, I am dedicated to driving societal and industrial transformation worldwide while developing and growing a globally inclusive cultures. With extensive international experience, I bring a wealth of expertise in governance and strategy, diversity, equity, inclusion, ethics, communications, and thought leadership, within the tech, telco, and media industries.
Based in Madrid, Spain, I have held regional leadership roles in Johannesburg, South Africa, and Dubai, UAE, with Intel Corp, Microsoft, and Huawei. At Paramount Global, as Senior Vice President, I spearheaded DEI and Communication efforts across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, championing a culture of integration, gender equity, and inclusive leadership. My core competencies include mobilizing multicultural teams, fostering impactful partnerships, and driving strategic alliances.
I have served as a Non-Executive Director/Advisory Member for 15 years on NGOs dedicated to empowering youth and communities, including Eskom Science Expo, Mindset Education, the Maths Centre, Cotlands, The Delta Environmental Centre, and UNICEF. I have also led strategic alliances for public-private partnerships aligned with the SDGs, collaborating with Global Citizen, UNICEF, the UN World Food Program, the Gates Foundation, the Mastercard Foundation, and Malaria No More.
My qualifications include certifications in Fostering and Advancing Diversity and Inclusion from INSEAD Fontainebleau, France, and Yale University, US. I am a graduate of the Women In Cable Telecommunications Global Rising Women Leaders Program and hold a BA Degree in Communications from the University of South Africa. Through my work, I strive to cultivate and advance sustainable and inclusive growth for future generations.
