Organization Details
World Relief Spokane is a refugee resettlement agency, providing support to refugees and other immigrants for initial resettlement, long-term case management and employment services. We are a faith-based organization, partnering with the local church to create communities of welcome and offer the wraparound services new arrivals need to rebuild their lives.
Impact Story
World Relief Spokane has helped to resettle nearly 12,000 refugees and other immigrants from 52 countries over the past 31 years.
New arrivals are welcomed at the airport, connected to housing, health care and benefits, given cultural orientation and helped to enroll their children in school. They attend Job Readiness Workshops and coaching to help them find a job quickly. Intensive Case Management is available for up to five years to those who need more help acclimating and overcoming additional barriers. We are grateful to Spokane for being a welcoming community and partnering with us to love our refugee neighbors well.
