UX/UI Designer & Front End Developer for Innovative FinTech Company

Improving UX/UI of new platform

EnrichHER provides capital, community, and connections to New Majority entrepreneurs who need support to grow their businesses while providing investors who wish to increase economic opportunity for those entrepreneurs a chance to diversify their portfolios. We would like to employ a UX/UI Designer and Developer so we can make sure our website meets the needs of both entrepreneurs and investors and is user-friendly as well as engaging. We are anticipating an increase in web traffic due to increased media exposure, and it would be useful to have a dedicated developer to help our small team adjust to these increased demands. Experience in both WordPress and React are required. The Developer/Designer would be responsible for both creation and implementation of web design, and would be expected to provide regular video updates to the EnrichHER team regarding site edits and progress. The Developer/Designer will be communicating primarily with the Marketing and Operations teams, and should be comfortable making recommendations to improve and streamline user experience and interface. With this project, we will be able to serve a larger number of entrepreneurs and investors, and to connect them with one another in more efficient and visually appealing ways.
