Project Description and Impact
One of our biggest challenges is that we have no dedicated sales team, which makes it difficult to implement a consistent and effective sales strategy. Our product—a smart water quality system for fish farmers—requires some education and trust-building with potential users, and we simply don’t have the capacity to do that at scale. We also believe that the partnerships we’ve started could be much more impactful if we had the right sales processes and support in place. Right now, we’re missing out on opportunities to convert interest into adoption, and to grow our revenue in line with the value we’re providing. With targeted support in sales, we could activate our distribution channels more effectively, expand our customer base, and start generating the kind of income that reflects the scale of the problem we’re solving.
