Project Description and Impact

In Kassanda District, many orphaned children grow up under the care of vulnerable guardians—grandmothers, single mothers, and struggling families who are doing their best with very limited resources. Kassanda Children’s Aid (KCA) was founded to respond to this urgent need, providing care, education, and empowerment programs that give hope to both children and their guardians. Over the years, KCA has become a trusted grassroots voice in the community, standing beside those often left behind.

Yet, like many community-based organizations, KCA faces challenges in scaling its impact. Limited funding, weak visibility, and gaps in organizational systems make it difficult to respond fully to the needs of the growing number of children and families who depend on our work. While the commitment is strong, the tools and strategies needed to achieve long-term sustainability remain out of reach.
