Project Description and Impact

We are a nonprofit organization in South Africa that is transitioning from a donor-funded nonprofit into a values-driven, social enterprise focused on inclusive supply chain solutions. As part of this shift, we are building internal systems to support our growing team and operations, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, innovation, and authentic empowerment.

We were fortunate to work with an F5 experteer who helped us lay the foundation for our HR strategy and drafted an outline for an employee handbook along with six job descriptions. However, we now need expert support to flesh out, refine, and implement these materials into a comprehensive HR system that fits our unique organizational culture and stage of growth.

This support is critical to help when we onboard new team members. We want our people systems to be strong, values-aligned, and scalable, helping us build a workplace where team members feel empowered, respected, and clear on their roles.

With limited HR capacity internally, we are looking for a skilled volunteer to guide us through the final phase of designing and implementing these foundational processes.
