Social Impact Project for CSR Partnership Experteer to Boost Inclusivity in Tech
Project Description and Impact
The project deals with making higher education in tech and accessing a tech career more inclusive by removing existing barriers.
One the one hand, we want to empower communities and people to get interested in a tech career but they feel blocked by regulations from the governmental and traditional educational institutions. By offering tech bootcamps without financial barriers, we enable them to kick off the career transformation.
On the other hand, we want to open the eyes of companies by giving them access to both talent and diversity. Our tech bootcamp graduates bring a high level of motivation, the willingness to learn and a diverse background that enriches every tech and product team.
The impact of this project is to flip our current approach by finding companies, associations and any other kind of partner to explore ways of innovative collaboration: staffing, team diversity, new recruiting, re-/ups-skilling.
By participating in the MovingWorlds Institute, you will first learn social impact frameworks and human-centered design before putting your existing skills and new knowledge to action.
This project accepts virtual experteers.
