Project Description and Impact

I need to secure 6 board members and equipped them on the ability to be a high-impact board. Specifically, I want them to keep in tune with our goals, and be resourceful when asked. I would want the board members to be trained to make sure they understand how to be. a great board member (comply with their commitments they agreed initially; does not try to micromanage).
