Project Description and Impact

Everyone is Creative Foundation (Eviscreat Foundation (U)) advocates and uses innovation, creativity, and design for all youth and children especially those in marginalized and underserved communities to change their mindset, build their resilience and capacity to identify problems within their environments and communities as well as sustainable solutions that are viable, feasible and above all impactful while ensuring longevity and sustainability.
Project P.O.S.S.I.B.L.E was designed for children and youth ranging from the ages of 6 to 24 years old engaging them and their educators in workshops and play sessions. The project is built on educational psychology research by Dr. Carol Dweck on the growth mindset that we used to develop The Mindset Blueprint. It is aided by an educational board game we call P.O.S.S.I.B.L.E The World of Mindsets that we designed to engage the children in a fun and interactive way that actively gets them to think about their mindset and how it affects how well they do at anything they try, as well as the social emotional learning and cognitive skills that they intuitively acquire overtime as they play the game in the wide area of places the game was designed to be played including the classroom, at home, at children events within the school and community setting.
The project has now reached 5 schools within our neighboring communities of Kitende, Kajjansi, Lubowa and Bweya engaging over 500 students and 50 educators with whom we are attempting to build a supportive and sustainable ecosystem for children to learn, grow and thrive regardless of their background or social status.

Our organization needs help because we are a youth led, community drivenb NGO that is understaffed and underfunded yet the communities we intend to serve often lack resources especially within the school setting. Supporting us by mentoring and coaching us will help us to properly monitor and evaluate the impact of our work will help us with our theory of change which will go a long way to us being funded by potential donors once they can understand our work
