Project Description and Impact

Civicom Aid designed the Youth Pathway Program to give marginalized youth the skills and confidence to find digital jobs or start small businesses. The program has already trained hundreds of youth, but it now faces financial challenges that threaten its continuation.

We need a dedicated experteer to help us build connections with sponsors and partners who believe in empowering youth through skills, innovation, and digital opportunities. Your support will directly help us keep this life-changing program running.

Learning Opportunity

The experteer will gain hands-on experience in international development, youth empowerment, and nonprofit fundraising. You will work directly with a passionate local team that is creating opportunities for youth in Kenya’s most underserved communities, and see how your contribution leads to real change.
