About Kyusa:

Kyusa is a non-profit organization based in Uganda that focuses on empowering youth through entrepreneurship and skills development. We aim to create a world where young people have access to opportunities that enable them to reach their full potential.

Kyusa is seeking a Business Development Experteer to help us grow our impact and reach in the region. The consultant will help us by developing and implementing a strategic plan to identify and secure partnerships, funding, and other resources that support our mission.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, fundraising, and partnership management in the non-profit sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to research and identify potential partners, donors, and funding opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the Ugandan business landscape and experience working with youth-focused organizations is an advantage.
