Social Impact Project for Advertising Experteer for Teen Mental Health Podcast

How This Works

As part of the TRANSFORM Support Hub, you will learn how to advance your career while getting hands on experience on projects like this one.

Project Description and Impact

Since the end of 2019, more than 1.5 million people in the US are suffering from a mental health condition. Seventy-five percent of all lifetime mental illness develops by age 24. Current solutions are expensive, outdated and often too little too late. We are here to fix that.

Mental Muscle is on a mission to prevent mental crises by training young people to grow into mentally fit adults using interactive media. Beyond self-help, we listen to our audience and ask experts the questions our audience wants answers to. Each weekly episode delivers an action plan providing simple steps that can be practically applied to real-life situations. We are the missing link between big challenges and real solutions.

The Mental Muscle podcast is an extension of our work in mental health and classroom behavior management for teens and tweens through our mobile application, reThinkIt!

We're a certified B Corp - the first in Texas - and look forward to working with someone interested in making a huge impact in the lives of children and their mental health.

Learning Opportunity

We believe a professional can learn about the mental health challenges of teens and how our innovative products address those needs. We believe a professional can also learn more about B Corps and social impact organizations in the EdTech and MedTech industries.
