Description and Impact

We are a local registered community based organization operating in Masindi since 2012. Our organization over the years has grown with support form various partners, the latest being the Young Women Transform Prize supported by USAID supporting 30 youths below the age of 30,  and it has gone through a lot of vigorous vetting to meet the standard of the partners. However, we still miss a lot of other internal system that could sufficiently meet the partners requirement and spur organization growth. The may include accounting process, organization policy manuals and others.

The organization is therefore seeking support in optimizing organization internal systems and processes that meet our partners requirements, specifically to prepare an effective finance and management system for the organization growth
