Social Impact Project for Recruiting Expert to Support Specialized Hiring During Pandemic
Project Description and Impact
We promote social and economic self-sufficiency primarily for economically women and their families with entrepreneurial training, individual business assistance, incentive savings programs, and access to business and financial resources. We use self-help strategies including savings, a self-employment network, and access to local and national affiliations. We encourage community awareness and responsiveness concerning issues impacting economic equity and independence.
This opportunity could influence perspectives and possibly be the start of building generational assets among the historically financially disempowered. The expert guidance would allow us to expand to reach even more socially conscious individuals and entities.

- guide us in strategizing how to recruit talented individuals with a compassionate social/ human services/ business lens
- help develop a specialized recruitment strategy guide
- upskill our team to implement and maintain the recruitment guide
By participating in the MovingWorlds Institute, you will first learn social impact frameworks and human-centered design before putting your existing skills and new knowledge to action. In addition, this organization will expose you to new things, like:
The experteer will have the opportunity to learn the social impact space in financially disempowered communities.
The experteer will have the opportunity to connect with a team of impact makers, who will write a professional letter of recommendation or serve as a professional reference for any future opportunity.
This project accepts virtual experteers.
