Social Impact Project for Online Creative Marketing and Sales Experteer

How This Works

As part of the TRANSFORM Support Hub, you will learn how to advance your career while getting hands on experience on projects like this one.

Project Description and Impact

Our organization empowers women's artisan cooperatives, providing skills-building workshops and access to the market through our Fair Trade Store in town, thereby allowing women to earn a reliable income. Our Sustainable Tourism Program works to connect women, families and the rural poor with the economic opportunities that tourism brings.

We are currently operating an online merchandise store selling primarily to the U.S. market. However, the store is underutilized and is not a strong source of sales due to a lack of staff resources as well as expertise in online sales. We would like to host an individual who is able to "makeover"  the online store in a way that increases online traffic as well as sales in order to support the women with whom we work.

Dates are flexible.
