Social Impact Project for Fundraising Expert to Support Vulnerable Communities in Uganda

How This Works

In the MovingWorlds Institute Global Fellowship, you will learn how to advance your for-good career while getting hands on experience on projects like this one.

Project Description and Impact

We are a  grassroots relief, development, & advocacy organisation providing support and care to vulnerable people challenged by lack of education, HIV/AIDS and psychosocio-economic obstacles. The organization was initiated in 2003 and registered as a community based organization at the district community development department in 2008.

We are seeking support with resource mobilization efforts/ fundraising to help us build an increasingly diversified network of supporters, including institutional, academia, donors/partners as well as other philanthropic institutions/individuals who believe in the work and goal. We hope an experteer can assist us with technical support and other forms of collaboration to meet the current and future needs. This will help us open up more opportunities for the vulnerable in the communities.

We have been getting help from different donors and we are glad that has helped us most in getting where we are now. To continue to scale our impact, we'd like to scale our fundraising efforts.
