Project Description and Impact
ESG IMPACTS, LLC (ESGI) is a Social Enterprise supporting Built Environment Ecosystem (BEE) Marketplace Visionaries (MPV) committed to maximizing their real estate assets’ Environmental, Social, and Financial impact and value.
Our globally facing, locally acting ESGI Planet People Profit Impact (P3I) platform showcases the opportunities available to increase the Natural, Human, and Financial value of the buildings, communities, and ecosystems where we live, learn, work, and play.
By providing rigorous distilled evaluation of readily available, off-the-shelf, mature, and proven, generationally-responsible best-practice designs, technologies, policies, and capital stack investments, ESGI arms ESGI P3I platform collaborators and users with the assurance they need to confidently add their voice to a better asset creation process.
