Project Description and Impact

EcoLogic is currently engaging in Strategic Planning. One key initiative is to strengthen our impact and improve data-driven decision-making. EcoLogic is seeking to enhance its Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning framework by assessing its current approach and developing a centralized data system that will track key environmental and social indicators across our programs. This system will enable EcoLogic to standardize data collection, improve reporting accuracy, enhance transparency for donors and stakeholders, and support adaptive management.
