Project Description and Impact
Since our founding in 2014, Integrated Villages Uganda has impacted numerous communities by improving livelihoods and incomes. Over the years, we have executed multiple successful projects, empowering rural women, farmers, and marginalized communities. However, in the last three years, we feel that our focus has started to shift toward unrelated, though important, activities.
We seek to realign our priorities by adopting an integrated regenerative strategy that incorporates entrepreneurship and conservation as central pillars of our programs. This transformation will help us better address the socio-economic challenges and environmental issues our communities face.
Lacking the internal capacity to effectively navigate this transition, we are looking for a suitable consultant to guide and support us in this crucial journey.
