Social Impact Project for Building smarter business operations

Project Description and Impact

MiCreate provides one-on-one coaching to survivors of human trafficking interested in protecting their works and creating businesses. I also plan on creating cohorts to work with up to an additional 20 clients; MICreate is also launching a Youth Entrepreneurship Program in two locations, as well as running it's first real fundraising event in January for Human Trafficking Awareness Month, so being organizad and having a well-run system will be key to MiCreate's continued growth and ability to work with survivor entreprenuers.

Learning Opportunity

They will learn about working with vulnerable communities, trauma-informed and culturally-sensitive professional services, how human trafficking really occurs, and the importance of local, national, and international collaboration.
