Social Impact Project for Free trial model + facilitator training to onboard new partners with low friction and build capacity locally

Project Description and Impact

SIB Impact is the creator of the SIB Game, an educational tool that uses gamification to engage multiple sectors in solving real-world social and environmental challenges through the lens of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The game has been implemented in universities, corporations, and communities in Brazil and internationally. As demand grows, we need support to develop a freemium onboarding model and scalable facilitator training. This will help us lower barriers for new partners, build local delivery capacity, and expand access to the SIB Game without compromising quality or impact. External expertise is essential to structure this model strategically, ensuring that we reach more learners while maintaining operational sustainability.

Learning Opportunity

The experteer will gain hands-on experience designing a scalable model for an impact-driven edtech solution rooted in the UN SDGs. They’ll collaborate with a purpose-driven team, learn how gamification drives systems thinking, and contribute to real-world capacity-building in diverse sectors like education, sustainability, and innovation, while deepening cross-cultural and social entrepreneurship insight.
