Social Impact Project for Food Frenzy Recruitment
How This Works
As part of the TRANSFORM Support Hub, you will learn how to advance your career while getting hands on experience on projects like this one.
Project Description and Impact
Food Frenzy is a fundraising competition that takes place for 2 weeks every July. Companies compete against other companies in their industries by earning points for raising money, collecting food, volunteering in the warehouse, and sharing on their social media platforms. Industry winners get printed certificates and bragging rights for a year.
We have seen the number of companies participating and the funds raised declining over the past 8 years from 83 teams and $744,000 to 61 teams and $535,000.
We need to revisit our recruitment strategy and figure out how to get new and lapsed companies to sign up to participate in this fundraising event.
