Food Lifeline
Organization Details
Food Lifeline is a food bank located in Seattle, Washington, serving the 17 counties of Western Washington. Food Lifeline sources food from farmers, manufacturers, grocery stores and restaurants. With the help of volunteers, that food is sorted and repacked for distribution to 328 agency partners who make up a network of food pantries, shelters and meal programs.
Impact Story
Last year, Food Lifeline sourced more than 66 million pounds of food, creating the equivalent of 213,000 meals everyday for the more than 1,000,000 individuals living with hunger in Western Washington.
