Project Description and Impact

Now that our staff are working remotely several times a week and all staff work across a variety of different projects, it is increasingly important to have a simple system for logging in daily staff hours, assignments in progress and assignments completed so that supervisors can easily see the status of the various assignments and projects.

We have a lot of notes shared back and forth by email and WhatsApp messages, but having such a system, where all the pertinent information resides is crucial for staying on top of our evolving needs as a now-hybrid organisation.

Learning Opportunity

The experteer can learn about the changing needs of organisations that are now operating in a hybrid or maybe even fully-virtual format. Smaller organisations have different considerations than bigger organisations, such as more limited budgets. Notwithstanding, we need to be able to track staff performance, in order to optimise personnel experience and performance.
