Project Description and Impact

Mentoralia is a nonprofit organization empowering girls and young women through technology education in Technovation Girls Mexico. Every year, we support hundreds of participants and mentors to develop their skills in technology, innovation, and leadership.

Currently, we do not have a structured system to measure the impact of our program. As Mentoralia grows, it is essential to have clear, data-driven insights on participant confidence, community growth, and project completion rates.

We are seeking a Consultant in Data Analysis and Impact Measurement to:

Design a scalable measurement framework that Mentoralia can implement long-term.
Create an automated system for data collection and visualization.
Develop a first version of an interactive dashboard to track key performance indicators.
Provide a reporting template and recommendations for continuous improvement.

The consultant will work closely with our team to ensure that the system is feasible, scalable, and aligned with our needs.
