Project Description and Impact
Our organization is 6 years old and currently has 4 full-time employees, a number of part-time employees and hundreds of volunteers. We assigned the task based on the role description, but we identified new tasks that maybe need some other position, or profile. We want to know how to distribute the tasksand create the new positions that be necessary in a gradual growth, aligned with the budget of the organization.
