Project Description and Impact
Our organization is 6 years old and currently has 4 full-time employees, a number of part-time employees and hundreds of volunteers. We need to create a manual for them to consult to help with onboarding and to know how to handle situations that may come up. On our board and team, we don’t have anyone with expertise in HR and need someone who can help us to at least to create a draft of the manual and suggest common practices.
