Our organization is focused on inspiring girls to explore technology, leadership and entrepreneurship to address social problems in their communities through the Technovation Girls program. Our for staff members are focused on delivering the program. Our founders and board members are women in tech, and we need somebody with experience in HR to review our current practices and recommend essential sections with should include in our HR manual.
