Makhers Studio is at a critical point- not only are we growing but we're working diligently on the front end to prepare for sustainable growth. To do this successfully, I welcome support in developing a clear strategy for sales, customer acquisition and relationship building, hiring, and how-when-what software to incorporate into our business.

We are a small for-profit social enterprise with goals of expanding throughout the US and would like to develop a smart strategy that is attractive to institutional and corporate clients. We design-build sustainable real estate and are invested in collaborating and sourcing sustainable products, therefore a growth strategy for my company also includes more efficient logisitics and supply chain management support.

My team needs support developing a strategy that will increase revenues, attract talent, and identify sustainable supply chains needed to expand our impact. We are actively working to transition from DTC to B2B to support and service larger institutional, corporate, and global clients- specifically those invested in procuring social enterprises. A strategy of this type would help us position our company to attract those clients and expand our network.
