Good Market

Good Market is a curated community of social enterprises, cooperatives, responsible businesses, voluntary initiatives, networks, and changemakers that choose to prioritize people and planet over short-term profit maximization. We are working together to create a 21st century economy that’s good for people and good for the planet.

The Good Market community platform was started to increase the visibility of the emerging movement and make it easier for participants in the new economy to find, connect, and exchange with each other. The core of the platform is a curation process and crowdsourced monitoring system that works across economic sectors, income levels, language barriers, and regional divides.

The platform was designed to highlight and support existing networks, service providers, and community initiatives; integrate with other platforms, marketplaces, and software tools; and serve as enabling infrastructure for the broader movement. 

Good Market is registered under a not-for-profit social enterprise and operates as a community-owned digital commons.
