Project Description and Impact
Phoenix Space is scaling its impact across empowering youth in conflict-affected regions and is ready to partner with more humanitarian organizations and funders. Events like AidEx are critical moments for building visibility, trust, and collaborations. But to make the most of them we need a smart, pre-planned strategy that ensures we’re meeting the right people, saying the right things, and following up effectively.
This project is about creating those conditions. With the right support, we can walk into the event already in conversation with dozens of aligned partners - not starting from scratch. It’s a key moment for Phoenix Space, and this role will shape the outcomes of our 2025 strategy.
