Social Impact Project for Impact Through Words: Grant Writing, Research & Strategic Fundraising for Education in Crisis Zones

Project Description and Impact

Phoenix Space is on a mission to empower youth in conflict-affected regions through innovative STEM and resilience education. In 2025, we aim to submit at least 40 high-quality grant applications -  a necessary move to fuel our expanding impact in places like Gaza, Jordan, and Kenya. We have a clear strategy, a strong team, and a great pipeline - but we need more capacity to make it happen.

This role isn’t just supportive - it’s strategic and creative. You’ll collaborate closely with our lead grant writer while also being encouraged to bring your own ideas, leads, and writing initiatives. If you’ve ever wanted to use your communication skills to directly influence education access for youth in crisis - and see real impact results from your work - this is your opportunity.

Learning Opportunity

You’ll gain real-world experience in values-driven fundraising for one of the most urgent challenges of our time: ensuring education doesn’t stop in times of crisis. You’ll be embedded in a team that values autonomy, creativity, and mission-alignment - and you’ll walk away knowing your work helped open doors and fund futures. Thank you!
