Project Description and Impact

We have an existing website, on wordpress with woo commerce and a divi template, and a lot of content but adding on to it with additional pages has increased the complexity of the customer journey.

We wish to revamp it to improve the customer journey and facilitate action, be it to register for a tour, sign up for our newsletter, or sponsor a training.

Results/ desired outcome:

A fully functional website with associated email address, CRM tool (email/ newsletter/ bookings) and international payment capabilities by end June

Priorities:

1/ Inform: Create awareness about FreeW, who is behind it, the current offering

2/ Build a community of potential supporters and customers- primary target= challenge driven, financially independent women motorcycle riders and aspiring riders who want to support other women

3/ Drive action (in order of priority): a/subscribe to mailing list, b/pre-book a road trip or contact us, c/make a payment (online events/ sponsor)
