Project Description and Impact

Space Northwest is a growing contributor to the growth of the space industry in the Pacific Northwest. We rely on an all-volunteer team that focuses on delivering programming to the community and a modest revenue stream that allows us to continue status quo. In the face on increasing demand and expectations, the team needs full-time staff. Securing the funding to hire one person full-time will allow us to scale to meet demand. The organization needs support to analyze the possibilities, create a business plan and a funding program that can secure $500K in funding. This will accelerate our mission to maximize the Pacific Northwest's impact on our future in space.

Learning Opportunity

The experteer will learn about the space industry in the Pacific Northwest and beyond. They will learn the impact of our growing space economy and the opportunities that lie beyond Earth's gravity. They will work with a passionate and dedicated group of space leaders with experience in aerospace, tech, finance, marketing and non-profits.
