Project Description and Impact

Embrace utilizes a variety of applications and storage for daily operations. Would like an individual to identify all systems, organize and document them in a clear and organized system. Project is intended to be a one-time focus to consolidate and document so future volunteers can be more efficient and effective.

Example of some of the applications and communications to be reviewed and organized:

·         Website emails

·         Yahoo email

·         Google documents

·         Facebook messenger / IG messenger

·         Multiple social media accounts

Learning Opportunity

Embrace has a small amount of existing waivers and release documents that have been created. Documents have not been edited significantly since initially put into use. Embrace as an organization has grown and has need of documents to be reviewed to ensure new event usage is still appropriate for existing documents. Desire individual with experience to review and make recommendations for revised versions that will be readily available for current needs.
