Impact Story
Over 40 million African artisans are disconnected from global markets. They lack access to digital footprints and can't scale their business or grow their income. Craftmerce offers these artisans and brands access to the market, ways to increase their income, while also offering mainstream retailers access to source ethical, unique products. I'm a second time founder who created a hand dyed textile company and empowered over 10,000 women artisans in an underserved community in Lagos, Nigeria. In running that company, I saw how challenging it was for African products to scale to global markets.
