Organizational Redesign Experteer
Business Redesign
The objective is to walk towards a more cooperative way of organizing the educational institution and communicating what we do.
We would like to find ways of
- Increasing the participation of our people, especially those more committed.
- Establishing clear protocols and procedures
- Including a program that supports inclusive education (ProEdu Educacion Inclusiva de calidad) in our business. This program works with educational organizations training them and their people on how to include kids and people with disabilities.
- communicating what we do and how we do it to the market
Based on data from continuous feedback, people have expressed a continuous desire to work with us and for us. We re-invest all profits back into our social enterprise and our programs to continuously improve upon it. We would like to look for ways of democratizing risks and benefits. We would like our people to be able to develop their own educational projects inside our organization.
The Experteer will be learning about our organization, our people, our context and suggest ways of achieving this goal.
