Project Description and Impact

At Atma, we are seeking skilled professionals to collaborate with our partner NGOs in developing a robust donor pipeline strategy. This project aims to strengthen the fundraising capacity of our partner NGOs by creating systematic processes for identifying, cultivating, and stewarding donors to support their mission-driven work. Volunteers will work closely with the development teams of partner NGOs to assess their current donor engagement practices, identify potential donors, and develop tailored strategies to build and manage a sustainable donor pipeline.
