Project Description and Impact

At Atma, we are seeking skilled professionals to collaborate with our partner NGOs in developing robust budgets and cash flow management systems. This project aims to strengthen the financial management capacity of our partner NGOs by creating comprehensive budgets, cash flow projections, and financial monitoring processes. Volunteers will work closely with the finance teams of partner NGOs to assess their current financial systems, identify areas for improvement, and develop tailored budgets and cash flow plans.

This project offers volunteers the opportunity to leverage their financial expertise to support the capacity-building efforts of nonprofit organizations partnered with Atma.
