Project Description and Impact

At Atma, we are seeking skilled professionals to assist our partner NGOs in reviewing and updating their Human Resources (HR) policies. This project aims to enhance the organizational capacity of our partner NGOs by ensuring that their HR policies align with best practices, legal regulations, and support their mission-driven work. Volunteers will collaborate with the HR teams of partner NGOs to assess current HR policies, identify areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for updates. Key tasks may include conducting a thorough review of existing policies, comparing them to industry standards, gathering feedback from staff members, and drafting revised policy documents. Volunteers will also facilitate stakeholder consultations, gather input from key decision-makers, and finalize updated HR policies in collaboration with the NGO's HR team. The outcome of this project will be well-defined and effectively communicated HR policies that contribute to a positive work environment, support employee engagement, and align with the values and goals of the partner NGOs.
