Social Impact Project for Fundraising expert for scaling operations
Project Description and Impact
Agramaark is a purpose-driven agro-trading company working to transform rural and tribal economies by building equitable and sustainable agricultural supply chains. We partner with women-led SHGs, smallholder farmers, and grassroots producer collectives to facilitate market access, ensure fair pricing, and strengthen last-mile logistics.
As we scale operations across India and expand our product portfolio to include miaze, wheat and other agro products, therefore, access to catalytic funding is critical. We are now seeking the expertise of a professional Fundraising Expert to help us develop and execute a strategy to raise grant, equity, and catalytic capital aligned with our growth vision.
Learning Opportunity
Grassroots Market Systems from the Inside Out
Agramaark operates deep within rural and tribal India, working directly with women SHGs, smallholder farmers, and forest-based producers. Fundraising experts will gain firsthand insight into:
The real economics of rural agri-supply chains
The cultural and systemic nuances of working with underserved communities
How inclusive market access can be built at scale from the bottom up
Blending Impact with Commercial Viability
Unlike many nonprofits or for-profit startups, Agramaark sits at the intersection of social impact and trade. You’ll learn how to:
Frame investment opportunities that combine profit potential with measurable social return
Structure blended finance models for rural enterprises
Build value propositions that appeal to both CSR donors and equity investors
Creating Donor and Investor Narratives Rooted in Reality
With Agramaark’s on-ground access and lived community engagement, fundraising work becomes more than storytelling—it becomes evidence-driven. You’ll develop:
Fundraising narratives anchored in real data, real people, and real progress
Deeper fluency in rural development outcomes like women’s economic empowerment, agri-livelihood resilience, and regenerative practices
Opportunity to Co-Shape a Scalable, Fundable Vision
Since Agramaark is still in its growth phase, fundraising experts are not just executing—they’re co-creating. You’ll be involved in:
Shaping the strategic direction of capital raising
Influencing platform design, business model evolution, and impact framework
Helping define what “investability” looks like for rural enterprises in India
